MINIMUM STAY
During high season apartments are rented by full weeks from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Minimum stay of 3 nights during low and mid season. Please contact us for customized offers or special requests.
CHECK IN /CHECK OUT
Check-in can be made from 3 to 7 pm, Check-out by 10 am.
PAYMENT
A 30% deposit amount is requested to ensure your stay at the moment of booking. Balance to be settled at the check-out.
CANCELLATION (for those who book directly by mail or phone)
In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied
60 - 31 days prior to stay 30 % of the total amount of reservation
30 - 16 days prior to stay 50 % of the total amount of reservation
15 – 6 days prior to stay 70 % of the total amount of reservation
5 days prior to stay 100 % of the total amount of reservation
Departure prior to the end of the booked stay will not be refunded
