The agriturismo

It is in the heart of the Val d'Orcia that you will find the farmhouse, among the delicate profiles of the typically Tuscan hills, the artistic itineraries of the Abbey of Sant'Antimo, the historical and urbanistic ones of Montalcino, the naturalistic ones of Monte Amiata and the thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni. You will stay in nice and comfortable apartments with kitchen in a biodynamic farm only 2.5km from Montalcino. You can then relax in the pool or jacuzzi, in the children's playground, try our restaurant or enjoy a visit to the winery with a tasting of Brunello di Montalcino.  

The accommodation

The agritourism started in 1995 in a traditional farmhouse which still conserves its rustic flavour of the countryside, but today is provided with every type of comfort and service quarantee its high quality. Here it's possible to discover the values of an area that combines natural beauty, artistic treasures and urban sights, beholders of great civilization dating back to The Middle Ages. A civilization which is never betrayed, which instead today is promoted and valued by the alliance of tourism, culture, sport, thermal waters and excursions. The agriturismo is an excellent way to experience all this.

There are seven independent apartments, complete with all services and with all the solutions possible a visitors can desire: small kitchen (with electric plates, sinks, microwave ovens, fridge, utensils and accessories), single heating. Guests are also offered some services in common: a swimming pool, a traditional barbecue as well as a parking reserved for cars.

Activities and surrounding

The property is in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, amidst the delicate contours of the most typically Tuscan hills, the artistic itineraries of the abbey of Sant'Antimo, the historical and urbanistic itineraries of Montalcino, the naturalistic itineraries of Monte Amiata, and the thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni.
We recommend, in addition to visiting Montalcino, not to miss the 14th-century abbey of Sant'Antimo, the enchanting landscapes of the Val d'Orcia and the ancient hot springs of Bagno Vignoni. At 40 km from Montalcino you can visit Siena, at 30 km Montepulciano, at 20 km Pienza.

Country enthusiasts are then left the opportunity to participate in the farm's agricultural activities. Internally, it is possible to taste the products of the farm itself and typical local dishes at the Osteria La Crocina.

Here you can rediscover the values of a land that combines natural beauty, artistic riches and urban settlements: why not do it with a bike ride? We provide you with our electric bikes with many routes for every need. Or you could try a visit to the winery and vineyard with tasting of our fine wines; in fact, our lands are located in the center of the production area of the famous Brunello, southeast of the hill of Montalcino, in an ideal climatic and geological position. On the other hand, if what you want is relaxation, we offer you a dip in the pool or a bath in our Jacuzzi.
