The agriturismo
Podere Costarella is located 4 km from Radicondoli (SI), within the Forest State Property Complex La Selva?, consisting of 73 hectares of land, mostly woodland. Far from cities and polluting sources, it is the ideal place for those who want to spend days in absolute tranquillity in contact with an uncontaminated nature. The farm's agricultural activity is based on the production of saffron and olive oil.
The structure is completed by an infinity pool of 13 x 6.5 meters and a wooden solarium.
The accommodation
The property offers accommodation in 4 apartments furnished with antiques and design. They are equipped with central heating, biomass, and are usable even in the coldest periods of the year.
Parata is a large hall available to guests where you can (by reservation only) serve breakfast and dinner, with typical local or Tuscan dishes. A washing machine and detergent are available to guests in the boiler room (service available at an extra cost).
*Pergola apartment: on two levels, with double independent entrance and own garden. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and microwave, living/dining room, large fireplace. Upstairs 2 double rooms and additional cot (free of charge), with 2 bathrooms and reading room. Possibility of extra beds.
*Apartment Terrazzino*: located on the ground floor, has an independent entrance through a charming private terrace overlooking the valley. It consists of a kitchen/living room with dishwasher and microwave oven, 2 double bedrooms and additional cot, 2 bathrooms.
*Lodging Belforte*: located on the first floor, consists of kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, large living room / dining room, fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and additional cot, 2 bathrooms.
*Lodgiato Cornocchia*: located on the first floor, it has a large living room with industrial kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, living/dining room and fireplace, 3 double bedrooms and additional cot (free on request), 2 bathrooms.
