The agriturismo
Typical farmhouse that has been renovated and divided into 4 apartments with central heating in the green woody hills of Tuscany, set inside a natural reserve ideal habitat for many species of animals, migratory or sedentary: it is easy to observe deer, wild boar or deer graze around the house. Far from the city and polluters is the most harmonious place for those who want to spend days in absolute tranquillity dedicated to rest in contact with nature. The apartments face a pretty open courtyard that characterizes the setting. Beautiful views of the hills. Large grassy areas surround the house, with lawns, garden and an olive tree grove for a total of 7,000 msq, inside a large property of 73 hectares. The restoration work was carried out with particular care in a manner that respects and has maintained the original materials. The oldest part of the farmhouse is dated 1756. The owner products saffron and olive oil. Access to the property along 200 mt of uphill dirt track road. Parking.

Apartment Pergola A (ground floor, 115 msq): living/dining room with kitchen corner (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) and access to the private garden that is equipped and covered with a pergola. First floor: small lounge that is a passageway, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together), 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bathroom with shower.
Apartment Loggiato B (first floor, 105 msq): living/dining room with kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) and access to an equipped loggia, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be put together), 2 bathrooms with shower.
Apartment Loggiato C (first floor, 120 msq, access from a loggia shared with Loggiato B): living/dining room with fireplace and cooking area (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms (it is possible to have the beds put together, to be requested when booking), 2 bathrooms with shower. Equipped outdoor area in the courtyard 15 mt away.
Apartment Terrazzino D (ground floor, 105 msq), with private entrance through a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley. Kitchen/living room with dishwasher and microwave, satellite tv, two double rooms and cots, 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor of the house there is a shared lounge where the owner can serve, upon reservation, lunches and dinners offering a set menu with local products and typical Tuscan dishes.
The structure is enriched by a swimming pool (13 x 6,5 mt) with a spillover edge and a wooden solarium, surrounded by pinewood.
