Included in the price are: water consumption, gas, electricity up to 200 kwh/week(over 200 kwh will have to be paid according to consumption, 0.60€ per 1kwh). Usually the consumption of a few kwh is exceeded only when there is excessive use of the fancoils for cold or hot air.
To be paid for final cleaning, €500.00 per stay, in cash on site, upon arrival.
The professional kitchen has a dishwasher that washes in just 3 minutes, professional electric oven, slicer, robot-bimby, toaster, American coffee maker, water kettle.
The corner apartment on the second floor of the main building is reserved for the owner but not lived in.

Not included in the price: Tourist tax, to be paid in cash on arrival,1.50 per person, children under 12 do not pay (and for stays longer than 12 nights, tourist tax is not paid)
On request to be paid on the spot possibility of organizing dinners, maid help, babysitting, wine tasting, guide for hiking or biking and sport fishing in the nearby property lake.
A deposit of €800.00 in cash must be paid and will be returned on departure.
The pool is open from 01/04 to 15/10, dates may change depending on the season . Access to the property via a short dirt road of about 1.5 km.
