The agriturismo

Strategically located just 9 km from Siena, the family-run agriturismo consists of an old farmhouse with apartments, swimming pool and maxi jacuzzi with hot water and enjoys a central location in relation to the main landscape and cultural destinations in central Tuscany.

The adjoining farm produces an excellent Chianti wine, which guests can taste and buy.

The accommodation

The guest apartments have been created from the renovation of an old farmhouse and the adjoining barn and are located at the edge of a small hamlet, Poggio Salvi.

In the farmhouse, there are 3 apartments with private bathroom, fireplace and original antique furnishings:

- Il Girasole: with 2 bedrooms;
- Le Rose: with 2 bedrooms and a very spacious living room, suitable for groups renting out several apartments.
- Il Glicine: with just one bedroom.

 

Each apartment has a reserved table in the garden where there is also a barbecue available for guests.

Activities and surrounding

For relaxation and entertainment for guests, the agriturismo offers a swimming pool, maxi jacuzzi, mountain bikes and a large garden, in a corner of which there is also table football and a dartboard.

The Poggio Salvi area is the best starting point for exploring the artistic and landscape wonders of central Tuscany: Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Montalcino, Volterra, San Galgano, Montepulciano.
