The accommodation
The villa is the old manor house (of the 18th century) of the counts Fiumi Sermattei della Genga, who are still now the owners. The house is located at the centre of the estate, which covers an area of 65 hectares, and is situated on the slopes of the Subasio Mountain Nature Park.
The farm is surrounded by olive and oak trees (450 m AMSL), produces mainly olive oil and breeds poultry and horses. Moreover the farm is 6 km from the centre of Assisi, 30 km from Perugia and Spoleto and 50 km from Gubbio.
The architecture of the old house and of the rustic houses that surround it has not been changed during the renovation. Indeed the accommodation types of the Villa allow guests to choose between a room and an apartment.
For those who decide to stay in a room, the Villa has 10 broad rooms with very neat furniture, a bathroom and a TV. In the common areas there is a broad living room with a fireplace and a dining room to allow you to enjoy the natural and typical Umbrian cuisine.
