We guarantee everything you need for a peaceful holiday in this time of health emergency, having 5 independent flats with kitchens.
The house is located in a panoramic position on the Upper Tiber Valley, a short distance from Umbertide and a few kilometers from Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Città di Castello, Lake Trasimeno and part of Tuscany (Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Siena and Cortona).
Ideal for families, people of all ages, lovers of the countryside, the farm offers well-equipped apartments, a chlorine-free swimming pool, games for children, panoramic Jacuzzi, breakfast service, samples of extra virgin olive oil, honey and jams produced on the farm.
The accommodation
In the farmhouse there are five comfortable apartments, one of which is accessible to disabled people, all have tastefully furnished rooms and equipped with various services and amenities: fully equipped kitchens, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, independent heating. And for children, camping beds (convertible into cradles), bathtub, high chair.
Outside, a beautiful garden with relaxation areas also houses a barbecue for shared use, games for children, a salt and purified swimming pool without the use of chlorine, for adults and children, and a beautiful Jacuzzi in a panoramic position for complete relaxation.
Activities and surrounding
Guests can visit the farm with the animals and the beekeeping company free of charge, with the possibility of making beeswax candles in the shape of cute little animals, which the children will bring home as souvenirs.
A short distance from the farm is the riding school, in a natural setting that offers opportunities for trekking, rafting, paragliding and hang-gliding. On request, visits to caves, diving tests and SSI courses by the owner Fabrizio in the company swimming pool.
Nearby, in addition to the famous cities of art of Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Cità di Castello and the hinterland of Arezzo, are recommended tours to the many small medieval villages less known, but equally interesting and fascinating. Easily accessible Lake Trasimeno.
