The agriturismo
In the stunning Valnerina countryside, the green heart of Umbria, this traditional farmhouse has been renovated in harmony with the setting, with respect for the original architecture and antiseismic regulations. The agriturismo was established in 2015 from the owners’ family passion for nature and the land.
The restaurant serves delicious delicacies prepared using the farm’s own ingredients, from vegetables to eggs, truffle, meat and more. Wonderful cured meats are produced by hand by the family's expert pork butchers, the product of over 60 years of tradition, passed down through the generations. You can also enjoy cheeses from carefully selected local farms.

The accommodation
The farmhouse offers 3 rooms and a suite, all tastefully renovated with bathrooms with large walk-in showers, Wi-Fi and TVs. In more detail:
Zenzero is an apartment on two levels with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom: on the ground floor you’ll find one double bedroom and the bathroom, while on the upper floor the dovecote tower houses an additional twin room. The Vaniglia Suite features a four-poster bed, scenic valley views and a spacious bathroom from which you can admire the surrounding landscape. Lavanda is a cosy double room with memory foam mattress, beautiful views and bathroom. Zafferano is ideal for families and groups, with a double bedroom plus mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom.
A half-board service (dinner only) is available upon request, and each morning you can enjoy tasty breakfasts of fresh milk, sweet treats and homemade jams, as well as seasonal fruits.
Activities and surrounding
The owners can arrange excursions to forage for truffles and mushrooms, as well as trips to local dairies, and mule excursions through the Sibillini Mountains. The agriturismo is just 500 metres from the former Spoleto-Norcia railway, now a 50 km cycle track which runs along the Nera River to Spoleto. Within half an hour you’ll also find the Marmore Falls, a rafting centre, a spa centre, Norcia, Cascia, Spoleto, Castelluccio and Spello. Assisi is 55 km away, and 80 km takes you to Perugia.
