The agriturismo
The farmhouse Casanova di Campersalle is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays in a pleasant and comfortable country house built in a typical Umbrian style. It is located in the north-west part of Umbria in one of the most beautiful valleys of Tiber at a short distance from Cortona.
The accommodation
The farmhouse Casanova di Campersalle is composed of two houses and a dependance.
In the house La Loggetta there is a small restaurant where genuine and home-made food cooked according to the typical Umbrian culinary tradition can be tasted. Meat, vegetables and wines are produced by the owners.
The guests are offered the opportunity to choose between bed and breakfast or half board accommodation. On the second floor there are three double rooms, two of which have a bathroom in common, while the other one has its own private bathroom.
Next to the country house there is a studio, Il Girasole, of about 30 square meters, which can accommodate two or three people. It comprises a little kitchen, another space where there are a double bed, two bed-side tables and a bathroom.
The second house, La Capannina, is composed of 2 apartments, one of which for 5 people while the other one for 2 people. In front of the building there is a large garden equipped with tables and deck-chairs for the guests.
Casanova di Campersalle offers a number of attractions which guests can enjoy: a bath in the swimming-pool (8x16 meters), a relaxing and healthy walking in the nearby countryside for a closer contact with nature, tours by mountain bike.
