The agriturismo
The farm is located in a charming place, between Umbria and Tuscany, on a hill overlooking the nature reserve of Lake Montepulciano.
An old farmhouse, finely restored, houses 4 apartments and an independent accommodation on the edge of a picturesque forest.
In the farm are available: swimming pool, common room with fireplace, playground, barbecue, laundry, satellite TV, hi-fi and large garden, parking.
As a testimony to the beauty of the landscape, the charm of nature and the warm and discreet welcome, the motto of the house is: "Every departure from us is a goodbye".
The accommodation
The farmhouse is composed of an old brick farmhouse, relevant in the history of rural construction in Umbria. Immediately next to it is the Solitude, an independent building surrounded by greenery. The complex has been carefully restored and is surrounded by a green garden with swimming pool.
The tower of the romantic period villa where the owners reside can be glimpsed not far away, among tall linden trees and superb cypresses.
The house consists of four apartments: Orione and Orsa Maggiore on the first floor, Cassiopea and Pegaso on the garden floor; it is possible to join them two by two.
All the apartments are furnished with care in a rustic Umbrian-Tuscan style. They are equipped with: heating, safe, satellite television, traditional iron beds, staves, in all rooms you can prepare a double bed or two twin beds. The kitchens have four stoves, an electric oven (except Pegaso), pots and pans, dishes, utensils and cutlery of all kinds. The bathrooms are all complete with shower.
Cassiopea and Pegaso can be adapted to accommodate the disabled.
