In the heart of Umbria lies the Fattoria Del Quondam farmhouse, among oak woods, olive groves and vineyards.
The accommodation
**The room il Tiglio** is the ideal place for couples who want intimacy and romance! The accommodation has a wooden ceiling, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the bed has beautiful white curtains that come down from the ceiling. The bathroom has a large shower and finally there is also a fridge! The entrance to the room is softened by a small garden equipped with a table, two chairs and a sun umbrella! Only for Valentine's Day night it is recommended to book the room for two adults and a maximum of two children, so it is not recommended to book for two couples. **The apartment il Salice** is very spacious and bright, overlooking the garden with swimming pool and is ideal for large families or groups of friends! It has a large living room kitchen with fireplace and double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one triple and one twin) and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. It has two balconies, one of which has a staircase with direct access to the garden with swimming pool. Can be rented to a maximum of 3 couples **The apartment la Noce** is a completely stone structure, has a private garden and enjoys a beautiful view of the Umbrian hills. This apartment is ideal for couples or families looking for privacy and relaxation! The quadruple room is very large and the double bed dates back to the 800 and has coves in mother of pearl. The kitchen is habitable and equipped and also has a double sofa bed. Finally the bathroom, with shower, is very large and spacious! We recommend only for Valentine's Day night to book the apartment up to a maximum of 2 couples. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning which, if requested during the summer period, costs 5 € per day. Children up to 3 years old pay nothing, from 4 to 10 years old pay 10 € per night per child On the occasion of Valentine's Day night we have created an all inclusive package that includes: aperitif, candlelight dinner, floral gift for you, overnight stay and breakfast for two people at the price of 130 € per couple. The evening's menu includes: two hot appetizers, ricotta and walnut tortelli with radicchio cream and crispy bacon, pork tenderloin with porcini mushrooms, potato flan with a sweet and stringy heart.
Activities and surrounding
There is a swimming pool surrounded by an olive grove and a young vineyard, table tennis, a wide selection of books and TV. Perfect place for walking or mountain biking along the small white country roads. The farm has ample green spaces, it is ideal for your four-legged friend's rides.
