The main house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with a private bathroom, a large living room and a large kitchen (available only when renting the complete villa). While the second floor is divided into 3 separate apartments and each has its own kitchen. The annex has a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, features that make it perfect for large families and groups of friends who wish to vacation together while maintaining their privacy. The property can accommodate up to 16 people.
The property is accessed through an unpaved road of about 800 m, well maintained and passable by any car.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool are present.
It is possible to rent the whole villa or one of the 4 apartments or double room.
