The agriturismo
Beautiful stone farmhouse from the early 1900s, has retained all the original features and materials. Large fenced garden where guests can dine or relax in total quiet, surrounded by nature in the absence of noise and smog.
Unique location, in the Subasio Park, a protected and unspoiled area, but well connected by a paved road, 10 minutes from Spello.
The accommodation
The farmhouse Il Loppo consists of three apartments communicating with each other. Wanting each apartment has an independent entrance; it sleeps 20 in total (including 3 sofa beds). Two living rooms with sofa beds, kitchen with fireplace. From all the windows you can admire the surrounding hills.
The atmosphere is typical of a finely restored Umbrian farmhouse with rustic furnishings.In the whole area the telephone and internet signal is practically absent, so even in the apartments there is no signal. We have installed an antenna a WIFI that allows guests to have some signal (phone and internet) in a small area outside and inside the reception. Landline is also available for any needs.
Apartment la Quercia: very large living room and cute separate kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor space with table and umbrella.
L'Olmo Apartment: very large living room with kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom. Outdoor space with table and umbrella.
Apartment il Leccio: very large panoramic living room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 sinola, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom. Accessible to the disabled. Outdoor space with table and umbrella.
Paved barbecue area and fenced parking inside the property.
Eventroom : the old barn has been renovated and is available for dinners or events. Large, fully functioning fireplace.
Large fenced garden from where paths for comfortable walks on the property and outside depart.
Activities and surrounding
Panoramic location within the Subasio Park, on the slopes of Mount Subasio, an area surrounded by greenery, absolutely quiet and in privacy. The farmhouse is isolated but adjacent to the sp249 road that leads to Spello and then Assisi, in the center of Umbria.
From here you can admire the quaint hamlet of San Giovanni di Collepino until you see the mountains of Le Marche, on cool and clear days. Very breezy

This naturalistic area is rich in many wild herbs, you are surrounded by beautiful forests where you can cross deer, hares, foxes, wild boars and squirrels as well as numerous bird species.
You are immersed in total silence and at night you can admire a starry sky thanks to the total absence of light pollution.
Starting on foot from the apartment, you can visit San Giovanni di Collepino in 5 minutes, the village of Collepino in 25 minutes as well as, for example, the Hermitage of the Little Sisters of Mary. The 5-km-long Roman Aqueduct of Spello trail also departs from Collepino.
Departing from the property, one can take comfortable walks in the quiet of nature or venture on the various trails that wind through Subasio where dozens of herds of horses live freely.Distance less than 30 minutes by car: Assisi, Rasiglia, Spello, Foligno, Trevi.
At about 40 minutes: Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto.
At about 1 hour: Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Marmore Falls, Castelluccio, Norcia and Valnerina.
Villages nearby: Collepino, San Giovanni di Collepino, Armenzano, Spello.
Supermarkets within 15 minutes (Spello or Valtopina).
