The accommodation
The apartments are located in a farm near Perugia, in the area where DOC and DOCG Sagrantino di Montefalco wines are producted. Its hillside location allows to master a wide view of the beautiful Umbrian countryside characterized by rolling hills with vineyards, olive trees and ancient farmhouses that have preserved intact their characteristics and their history. The farm is surrounded by forests and natural vegetation of the Mediterranean type, where can pick blackberries and wild asparagus.
The unique location allows you to easily visit a number of centers of cultural, religious and historical interests: Todi, with its history and its art; Corbara Lake with beautiful landscapes and game reserves; Montefalco with specialty foods and wines; Bevagna / Foligno with many historical and cultural influences; Spoleto known center of art and culture (Festival of the Two Worlds); Assisi with its mystical emotions; Perugia where is the nearest airport, full of art treasures and home to events such as the Umbria Jazz and Euro Chocolate.
Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the pool (open from april to september) and its equipment (chairs, shower, etc ...), a ping pong table and a foosball (table football), as well as a barbecue area where you can cook products local food. Common room with kitchen available for booking complete the farm (10 beds). Weekend rates on request.
