The agriturismo offers the possibility to stay in independent apartments, all with independent entrances. You can choose to live in an apartment with kitchen or not.
Almost all the apartments have their own exclusive garden, in the kitchens there is everything you need to stay in total relaxation, from the dishwasher to the oven, from pots and pans to dishes, in addition to sponges provided.

The Parco di Incantico has an extension of about 20 hectares, which will allow you to walk in complete tranquillity along the 5000 metres of paths that cross it. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to explore our "lower world" that develops along the stream, which borders the park and blossoms into the magnificent waterfall.
For sports lovers, we have dedicated a part of the estate, which will allow you to participate in team games or, simply, to keep fit by using the "work-out" space. And then rest, reading a book under the old oaks, swimming in the pool or even more in the lake, listening to the birds singing while swinging above a hammock.
In addition, we could accompany you to the center of the activity and participate in the latter.
Getting to know the whole park would be impossible, but you'll never want to stop finding out. For most of the year you can enjoy the fruits of our production, even picking them independently. Our vegetable gardens produce vegetables of all qualities, as well as our fruit trees, about 300, which you will meet continuously during your travels in the park. Not to mention the wildlife that will keep you company: from hares to squirrels, from foxes to hysterics, passing through the largest deer and wild boars.
