The agriturismo
L’Olmo (the elm tree) lives in the heart of the more evocative Umbria, the green heart of Italy. On one side watches the city of Assisi and its valley – a garden punctuated of oaks, poplars and cypresses – from the other side gets lost in the colors of the earth of the Mediterranean woods. From the windows, the sight gives uncontaminated landscapes and quiet; the flourishing garden and the swimming pool assure the maximum relax.
The country house is pleasant, elegant, and perfectly in harmony with the traditions of the place: old beams in wood, bricks and stones. To animate this piece of paradise there are the voices of the arabian horses and the wagging tails of our giant Leonberger and tiny Welsh Corgi dogs.
The accommodation
The apartments are cosy, refined, panoramic and totally independent.
The LUXURY APARTMENT, in the old farmhouse; panoramic and very spacious it consists of a double bedroom with bathroom, a second mezzanine bedroom with two single beds and a double bed and bathroom, a living room with sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two terraces, one covered and one extraordinarily scenic. At their arrival guests will find a "welcome basket" containing typical products for an Italian breakfast, to be consumed in their living room or on the panoramic terrace. All the apartments, autonomous and independent, are equipped with an equipped kitchenette, TV Sat in each room, internet connection (ADSL), air conditioners and/or comfortable ceiling fans.
the MINI, consisting of two rooms: double bedroom with bathroom, dining room with equipped kitchenette. Suitable for couples or families with one children. Equipped for the disabled.
The LOFTs, extraordinarily panoramic and very original, are composed of two large loft rooms with two bedrooms on two levels, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room convertible into a third bedroom. Ideal for families or small groups of friends.
A laundry room is available. In the garden there are corners for reading and the most serene relaxation, the terraces overlooking the panoramic pool , the large wooden gazebo with cool and comfortable lounges, the small but well-equipped gym, the Zen garden, the badminton court and basket court that can also be used for other sports and games. Free parking and WIFI.
