Malvarina is an Agriturismo in Assisi, a unique place to stay immersed in the nature of the Umbrian hills. Panoramic position, rooms and accommodations of different types, swimming pool, Slow Food restaurant where you can share surprising taste experiences in respect of authenticity and traditions. From the renovation of old farmhouses and stables, in full rustic style, have been obtained our rooms and apartments.
The restaurant in Assisi, which is part of theSlow Food Osterie d'Italia, proves to be every evening a meeting place for tastes and traditions where, together with a glass of wine and a relaxing atmosphere, the evening will be transformed into a moment of tasty memories.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has various types, depending on the needs, to ensure a pleasant holiday. In the respect of the quiet and for a greater relax, it has been chosen not to supply our rooms and apartments with television.
The rooms and rustic houses in the woods, of different types and immersed in the green hills of Assisi, are the result of careful architectural and landscape recovery of a farmhouse. And the country style intended to recover the quality of life and slow rhythms.
They are equipped with heating, free wi-fi, private bathroom with shower, towels, shampoo and soap.
Provided daily tidying up, linen change and weekly cleaning.
In the breakfast room there is a coffee machine with pods, a dispenser of fresh sparkling and natural water and a kettle with free tea bags all day.
Double room: double bed or 2 single beds on request.

The traditional dishes and flavours of Umbrian cuisine
, handed down from family recipes and revisited with passion, character and originality by the cook Patrizia, meet the genuineness of the raw materials at zero kilometre, supplied by the organic farm or by small local producers. Drinking at Osteria Malvarina is also a pleasure: to best accompany the dishes and always offer the right product, the best wines and quality craft beers are carefully selected in the area.
It is also a magical location, with a large living room to welcome guests and a garden with views of Assisi to organize buffets or aperitifs outdoors.

About 80% of what we eat is produced on the farm: the meats and cheeses on our table are made according to Umbrian tradition, with recipes from master pork-butcher Lillo; the vegetable garden and orchard provide a wide assortment of seasonal vegetables; the surrounding woods and countryside offer mushrooms, asparagus, truffles and an incredible variety of wild herbs. All genuine products are the protagonists of our tasty dishes.
