The agriturismo
In the countryside surrounding Todi, the farm is part of a hamlet with 4 centuries of history, and produces high quality extra virgin olive oil, prepared using the Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino olives cultivated on its 20 hectares.
The accommodation
The kitchen offers simple, wholesome cuisine, with great care taken in the selection of typical ingredients from the Umbrian region, prepared in keeping with tradition.
In , the farm received the ?Ospitalitą Italiana? high quality accommodation certification.
The main body of the complex contains 2 suites, 3 standard rooms and the largest of the apartments. Close by there are two additional buildings with further accommodation. The property?s traditional architectonic features have been carefully preserved, from the stone walls to the terracotta paving and wooden beams.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, with safes and minibars, while the apartments include private entrances, kitchenettes, safes and refrigerators.
The agriturismo is available to host banquets for up to 120 guests outdoors and up to 80 guests indoors.
The agriturismo offers a meeting room (63 m2) with video projector, screen and flipcharts, with an additional adjoining room of 20 m2, ideal for use as a coffee corner. On the lower floor there is a living room (60 m2) with a scenic veranda, the perfect place to sit down and relax.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo's location allows easy access to Todi, Assisi, Bevagna, Cittą di Castello, Gubbio, Montefalco, Norcia, Orvieto, Perugia, Spello and Spoleto. Nature lovers will adore the stunning sights of the Tiber River Park, the Clitunno Springs and the Mount Subasio Park (both 42 km away), and the Marmore Falls (43 km).
The local area plays host to a wealth of events, with the biggest being Eurochocolate, the Festival dei Due Mondi summer music and opera festival and Umbria Jazz. The agriturismo works in partnership with a riding centre 2 km away, with the possibility of discounts for guests, and canoeing and rafting are also available nearby.
