Come and discover Umbria from its heart: we are close to all the most beautiful places, to our sea (Lake Trasimeno), to the mountains and to the most remote valleys. You can reach each place in about half an hour. Two apartments will welcome you together with the restaurant, the swimming pool and lots of greenery. If you need a ride by car (from the airport or for your destinations), advice or you want to take a walk, bike or horse you will not have to ask and we will be happy to accommodate you.

*Apartment Patrizio* with attention to detail and is also suitable for people with disabilities, not having architectural barriers. At your disposal a spacious living room with double sofa bed and large kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower (also for the disabled).
*Deluxe room* enjoys a wonderful view and you will love it for the quiet and romantic atmosphere, for the outdoor spaces where you will enjoy the warmth of the sun reading a book or having an aperitif.
In the apartment you will find a kitchenette, air conditioning/heating, linen and everything you need to spend relaxing moments. For the exclusive use of the unit there is a terrace with a view of the garden and swimming pool.
Possibility to add two extra places (for a maximum of 6 people).
