The Poggiolo estate covers 50 hectares of woodland, olive grove, vineyard and arable land at about 250 m. of altitude in the ancient county of Porta Eburnea 12 kilometers from Perugia. Poggiolo means small hillock, a natural balcony and at the same time artificially created with a series of terracing on the small plain crossed by the Caina torrent. The heart of the company is represented by the English park within which the villa and farmhouses are located; around the buildings used for agricultural uses, arable land, vineyards and, on a hill, the forest and the olive grove. Il Poggiolo is an oasis of peace and tranquility with the charm of an old country estate.
The accommodation
