The agriturismo
The farmhouse, built in old stone, has recently been renovated and furnished, with respect for the local taste and tradition, but also with all the comforts of a modern house. Previous reservation our Italian cook can prepare for you dinner.
The accommodation
The accommodation offered is: 5 comfortable double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quadruple room, all with bathroom each. Towels, bed linen, blanckets (duvets in wintertime) are included. The accommodation offered also 2 apartments: Gelsomino and Ulivi. The Gelsomino appartment (5 sleeps) has a triple room with bathroom, a double room with bathroom, kitchenette and a little front terrace. The Ulivi appartment (3 sleeps) has a triple room with bathroom and kitchenette. Towels, bed linen, blanckets (duvets in wintertime) are included.
Activities and surrounding
Val di Boccio farmhouse is located in a 220 hectar land where you can stroll undisturbed. Walking along the paths in the woods, you can admire the land know as the green heart of Italy. You are likely to see local animals like pheasants, hares and fallow-deer. Horses, cows and ostriches, graze free in the meadows. Val di Boccio farmhouse is set close to Assisi (22 km.), Gubbio (25 km.) and Perugia (34 km.). In the surrounding area there are some other charming medieval towns like Spello (34 km.), Umbertide (51 km.), Todi (68 km.) and Spoleto (69 km.).

When in Italy we love to stay at Agritourismo. Val di Boccio is one of the best we have visited. Magnificent restored property on a hill with breathtaking views.
