We use our vegetables in our restaurant for our guests. Chianina breeding is in the semi-wild state; The Cinta Senese inside our company is a return to the ancient origins; this breed of pig was already raised at the time of the Etruscans.

The four main buildings: Ulivo, Cipresso, Quercia and Patassa offer homes with an antique flavor, restored respecting the environment of the area's traditions. Each house has its own swimming pool, for guests only.
