The agriturismo
Agriturismo La Pila is located in the green heart of Umbria, in Valnerina, inside the Nera River Park , in the beautiful countryside around the medieval village of Ferentillo, an ideal place to stay with your family in the peace of nature, away from the clamor of the city.
The accommodation
The structure consists of 10 rooms with 24 beds in total, some with kitchenette equipped with all utensils.
All our rooms are equipped with mini bar and TV. The farmhouse is located in front of a large panoramic garden , overlooking the rolling hills of the Valnerina where guests can spend their free time, have breakfast and meals and relax.
There is a restaurant service where guests can enjoy the typical Umbrian cuisine, with all genuine products and many of their own production.
And with the arrival of summer you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery!
Activities and surrounding
The agritourism has an agreement with numerous historical monuments of our territory such as the Abbey of SanPietro in Valle and the Museum of the Mummies and with one of the greatest attractions of Umbria: the Marmore Falls.
Close to the Marmore Waterfalls you can visit the Piediluco Lake.
There is the possibility to rent bikes, both mountain bikes and e-bikes, respectively, about 3 km and 10 km from the hotel.
Other popular activities are: rock climbing 1km from our hotel, rafting of varying difficulty on a path of about 6km of the river Black and trekking also of varying difficulty with routes already marked.
And for adults and children about 15km from the farm there is an Adventure Park "Activo Park".

I have been managing Agriturismo La Pila since 2023 along with my wife.
We take care of: we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to give my children a better life which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like its closeness to artistic/cultural points of interest.
