The accommodation
The farm is located in a strategic position, between Todi and Orvieto, near the village of Acqualoreto. You can enjoy a great view, as it is at 470 m asl. The property is completely fenced with access via a self-closing gate. It is surrounded by olive trees and ancient oaks. Outside is available to customers a wood-fired barbecue or charcoal grill or a gas barbecue and a wood-burning oven, in addition to the pool a 4 meters x 8 meters with a large gazebo nearby and a ping-pong table. A garage for cars is available to customers. The farmhouse is on two floors ... on the ground floor a living room with fireplace, table, sofa, TV, and a small kitchenette used for breakfast. On the first floor is accessed via a large staircase, there is the dining room, the kitchenette, equipped with hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, American and Italian coffee machine, as well as everything needed for cooking. The rooms are 3 all with private bathroom and air conditioning, of which two are double and one triple. Externally there is a large veranda equipped with every comfort for your relaxation. Throughout the house and up to the pool is served by Wifi.
