The agriturismo
The farmhouse is a typical rural structure, offering guest rooms and apartments in the tranquil Umbrian countryside. The agriturismo has been renovated to combine local tradition with the most modern home comforts, and to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. The fully enclosed estate spans 6 hectares, and comprises its own woodland, ideal for exploring in total safety.
The organic farm produces extra virgin olive oil, saffron and more.
The accommodation
The 5 twin rooms with ensuite bathrooms can become 2 independent first floor apartments (certain periods only, booking required), Cielo offers 2 ensuite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and hob) and lounge with sofa bed; on the ground floor, Terra offers three ensuite bedrooms (one designed for disabled guests), a well-equipped kitchen (as above) and a comfortable lounge. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, including in the property's external space.
A generous, typical sweet and savoury breakfast is served in the garden room in the farmhouse's courtyard. You'll also find a meeting room for groups of up to 15-20, and a large garden with vegetable beds offering fresh produce for guests to enjoy in summer.
The owners, Maria and Cesare, live in a separate part of the farmhouse with their two dogs, Joy and Belle.
