The accommodation

Appartamento Le Ginestre represents with taste and refinement the typical style of Umbrian and Italian tradition, fitting with personality into the landscape of the Orvieto hills.

The dwelling is the result of recent renovations, where the owners have contributed in a distinctive way, creating an environment where warmth, passion and soft colors are important.

The property, fully adapted to the new requirements and fully independent, is located within a farmhouse property from 1800 where relaxation and tranquility will ensure a stay of the most pleasant.

Here you will be pleasantly impressed by the use of space, the colors and smells of nature; and how much the authenticity of the place will manage to give energy and peace.

The property is the ideal place to indulge in an aperitif in the center of Orvieto, but at the same time enjoy the beauty and freedom that the Umbrian countryside can offer.

Casa Lattuada offers an apartment with two separate, suite-like bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One has a comfortable double bed, while the other has a single bed and a French bed (120 cm wide).

Activities and surrounding

Casa Lattuada is the ideal place to enjoy wonderful walks surrounded by nature, nearby there are many wineries to visit and where you can taste excellent wines.

Within walking distance, although outside the farmhouse, there is also a riding school.

Also moving, just 6 km from the property, you should visit the historic center of Orvieto with its charming Gothic cathedral. While they are also easily reachable in a short time Civita di Bagnoregio,Todi, Rome, Florence, Perugia, Arezzo and much more.
