The agriturismo
An ancient farmer's house, refurbished respecting nature and traditions, where you can live an old time atmosphere pleased by the refined details of the building and from the sweetness of the surrounding country. The farmer's house offers a reserved swimming pool, a restaurant where you can eat meals inspired by the Umbrian tradition, rooms and apartment.
The accommodation
In the central building, on the ground floor, there is a kitchen, two dining rooms, a living room and toilets for disabled people too.
Room More: furnished with a double bed and two twin beds placed on a mezzanine and a large bathroom with shower.
Room Acacia: double bed bedroom with a beautiful moving view. Bathroom with bath.
Room Mais: delightgful double bed bedroom . A big shower box in the bathroom.
Room Melograno: bedroom situated on the ground floor of the tower with a bathroom for disabled people too.
Room Torre: romantic and traditional, our suite is composed of two bedrooms (a double bed and a twin bed room) situated on the last floor of the tower dominating all the farmhouse.
Suites - Oleandri e Ciliegi: are two flats inside an old warehouse. In any flat, larger than 60 sqm, there is a spacious living room with a fire-place and a handy kitchenette. On the wooden mezzanine there is a comfortable double bed. (4 people).
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse, situated in the ancient location “Cecanibbio” near Amelia, is immersed between ancient olive trees growed according to organic systems. It produces one of the best extra-virgin olive oil of this area.
You can take part in the agricultural activities as the harvesting of olives, grapes, the pruning of the ancient olive trees. In summer time you can witness and take part in the daily agricultural operations carried out inside the organic vegetable garden.
The operators with a simple and discrete hospitality will illustrate to the interested guests the most typical aspects of our farm life.
On request it is possible to organize local and regional cooking classes.
The organic vegetable garden, which is not treated with pesticides and chemical fertilizers, gives the products used in the small and cosy restaurant in this farmhouse.
