The imposing stone exterior walls, the ceilings with wooden beams, the stylish furniture and especially the large living room on the ground floor give the guest the feeling of a dip in the past, probably as happened to the famous writer C.S. Lewis who drew inspiration from these places for his Chronicles of Narnia.
