The agriturismo
The Tenuta Marchesi Fezia country house is composed of three farmhouses very close to the central complex, the La Magnolia farmhouse, the L? Olivo farmhouse, the Il Vigneto farmhouse, each characterized by different exposure and therefore by related different views of the countryside surrounding Umbrian that enjoy the favorable position located between two medieval Umbrian villages of exception such as Narni and Sangemini.
The accommodation
The three farmhouses have a total of eight apartments with sober and functional furnishings in line with the typical Umbrian taste of Arte Povera. On average, each apartment is spread over about 50 square meters, each provides from 3 to 5 beds, kitchenette, living room, some with bathtub, others simply with shower.
Apartment n.5 is distinguished by the bathroom facilities accessible to the disabled, while apartment n.1 has two separate bedrooms and can therefore stay there even different family groups.
All apartments can accommodate our guests for a single night or for medium-long periods.
In line with the nature of the farm, breakfast at Tenuta Marchesi Fezia is prepared and made available at the arrival of guests in their respective apartments, leaving them the preparation of the first meal of the day in complete autonomy without time restrictions, thanks to raw materials and homemade cakes available.

Activities and surrounding
Open to the public from June to September, the outdoor swimming pool of the farm offers moments of relaxation and well-being even in other months of the year offering the view of unforgettable sunsets. The swimming pool welcomes guests with a service of sunbeds and umbrellas included in the treatment of overnight stay, while access by the public outside the structure is possible only on Sundays with a service of entry and lunch included served on the wonderful panoramic terrace, strength of the restaurant and pizzeria of the Tenuta Marchesi Fezia for the splendid view of the pool, and for the foreshortening of the Umbrian countryside.
The pool especially in the evening becomes a wonderful location for dinners, aperitifs, buffets, ceremonies, parties and events, immersed in the colors and scents that nature offers every day from sunset until late at night, and that makes it a favorite location and coveted especially for weddings and major events.
