Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda

Fondo Gioconda is a recently renovated agritourism, surrounded by nature and the countryside and a 60-hectare farm that is cultivated with corn, wheat and meadow. The place you were looking for, immersed in the greenery and beauty of the countryside, in a strategic location, close to everything you could want.

In fact, it is close to Venice Airport (7 km) and the Train Station where you can easily reach the beautiful City of Venice.

It is the perfect place to visit the beauty of the Veneto, without giving up the tranquility and relaxation of the Venetian countryside. A corner of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

At your disposal are the Quercia Apartment (with two bedrooms - max 4 people) or the Pine and Lime Rooms, two double rooms both with private bathrooms, furnished in delicate and natural colors in pine, fir and oak wood, to guarantee you a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

Free Wi-fi throughout the facility. Free private parking is just a few meters from the entrance. Large outdoor garden with tables and chairs.

The Pino Room (superior room 27sqm) and the Tiglio Room(classic room 17sqm), both have a king-size double bed (or two king-size single beds at guests' request).

They are equipped with central heating, air conditioning and mosquito nets in all windows, Smart TV/Netflix, magnetic card lock, coffee machine with capsules available to guests, minibar, private bathroom with window, crystal shower and towel warmer, toiletries, personal hygiene products, hair dryer, slippers.

The Quercia apartment (75sqm) is a large two-bedroom apartment and accommodates up to 4 people.

It consists of alarge Living area with sofa with peninsula and TV-Netflix flat-screen HD 43,fully equipped kitchen (tablecloths and kitchen linens, glasses, cutlery, etc.), dishwasher (detergent available to guests), coffee and tea maker with pods available to guests, wireless vacuum cleaner. Two large bedrooms with king-size double beds (or king-size single beds at guests' request), complete with bed linen, one bathroom with window, crystal shower and towel warmer. Courtesy toiletries, hair dryer, slippers, hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets in all windows.

Towel change and daily room and apartment cleaning.

Laundry area with washing machine and detergent available to guests, ironing board and iron.

No breakfast or food service is provided.

At 700 meters from the Fondo Gioconda farmhouse is the center of San Liberale a hamlet of the municipality of Marcon with pizzerias, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies all within easy walking distance. At 4 km there is one of the best-known shopping centers in the Province of Venice.

Quarto d'Altino station is about 4 km away. Trains stop here, arriving directly in 20/25 minutes to the Santa Lucia train station in Venice's Historic Center.

Venice Marco Polo Airport is 7km from our Agriturismo (10 minutes by car) while the Venice Casino is 5km away (7 minutes by car).

Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda is easily accessible by its own means of transportation. Being surrounded by the countryside the property is not served by the public transport network, so to move around our area and reach Venice, Treviso (16km), the beaches of Jesolo (25 minutes by car) or other beautiful locations you need your own car. If you are traveling by plane we suggest you rent a car at Marco Polo Airport in Venice or Canova Airport in Treviso.
