The check-in is from 14.30 to 20.00 but with agreements can be even later, check-out by 11.00.
The breakfast room is from 07,30 to 10,00.
Payment can be made on site preferably in cash, if not possible with debit cards and credit cards.
The management can ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
Cleaning is done daily and towels are changed every three days while sheets are changed once a week or upon request. Electricity, water, heating and air conditioning are included.
- The studio apartments Schioppa, Falcona, Ferraresa, Ca' nova, Coetta, Giaron can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights if kitchen use is requested, while they can be rented for only 1 night if used as a room. Breakfast is not included and the price increases by € 20.00 per day compared to the price of the room for the use of the kitchen.
The cleaning is done weekly with the change of towels and sheets or paid on request. Water and gas are included, while electricity is paid according to consumption by a meter, it is not included in the price.
