Intimate and charming family-runproperty nestled in the hills of Lake Garda in Bardolino, with only 6 rooms, 5 doubles and one triple with a style that combines rustic and modern; equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer, towels and courtesy set, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe and satellite TV.

Within the property there
is an annex, vacation home for 4 people with: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with relaxing sofa and satellite TV, two bathrooms with showers, on the loft, separate, two rooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds, for double use) equipped with air conditioning.
Included in the price are bed and bath linens, air conditioning and parking.

The rooms are well characterized by a style that combines the rustic and the modern; they are also equipped with private bathroom with hairdryer, towels and courtesy set, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe and satellite TV.

The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs with small bar service and toilet .

The farm is located on a hill, 5 km from Lazise and Bardolino and half an hour's drive from Verona. Not far away are the famous theme parks: the Caneva Water Park, the Gardaland Amusement Park and the Garda Thermal Park.

The farm is also located 10 km from the motorway exit of Affi and 15 km from Milan: this location is ideal for those who want to visit Mantua and Bergamo, or to easily reach the airport of Villafranca.
