The Bed and Breakfast is 4 km far from Garda lake and amusement park Gardaland and it lies on a little hill from which you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful area.
It is in the middle of a very green country full of vineyards and fruit trees with a small natural lake (where you can fish)a  tree house and  the most beautiful great swimming pool (15 x 8) and jacuzzi spa heated.

Recently restored the agriturismo offers your guests 14 wide rooms + 6 boungalow lodges with kitchen for 4/5 people, with air conditioning, T.V. , and bathroom and a spacious parking place and a greepark where you can enjoy peace and tranquillity.

Its very good position is between the mountains and the Garda lake which offers numerous turistic villages and historic places as Sirmione, Lazise, Bardolino, and Malcesine.
