The agriturismo
Surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from the city of Verona and a stone's throwfrom Lake Garda, the Gardafarm agritourism was born , on a 5400 m2 area totally fenced and under video surveillance with ample parking available for guests.
Located in a quiet area overlooking the Lessini Mountains, the bed and breakfast is run by a social farm that deals with social and labor reintegration
. The farm is an entirely eco-friendly and earthquake-proof structure, thanks to certified structural interventions, and uses its own genuine products and those of local suppliers.
The structure is powered by a photovoltaic system of 28 kw, has a double coat, windows and doors with high thermal and acoustic insulation.
On the property there is a farm of small animals (baby goats, bunnies, chickens).
The accommodation
The rooms and apartments for family or group use are located on the second floor of a completely eco-friendly renovated building; in complete harmony with nature. From the windows of the rooms you can see the city of Verona on one side and the Lessini mountains on the other. Rooms are available on the ground floor, fully accessible to those with walking difficulties.
Rooms offer private bathroom with hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, wardrobe, table and chair.
One can immerse oneself in theenchanting landscape that can be appreciated from the panoramic terrace of the Gardafarm B&B; an exclusive panoramic view of the Lessini mountains that surround Verona just a stone's throw from Lake Garda and with an enchanting view of the sensory garden.
In the farmhouse there are rooms and spaces of different sizes, fully furnished with tables and chairs, direct access from the outside, exclusive use, double toilets and sinks, suitable for meetings, team buiding, private events, in a quiet and exclusive environment a few steps from the City of Verona and Lake Garda.
There is a small animal farm, a glass structure, wooden trusses and brick-faced columns in which private events can be held in a unique and exclusive setting.
In addition to a large park with mature trees, children's play areas, there is a circular-shaped sensory garden that allows a unique experience among the colors and scents of nature.
Activities and surrounding
The facility has many quaint settings in which to host birthdays, ceremonies and events.
Lots of health, nature and other themed events are organized for adults . One learns to love what surrounds us and how to make life greener and healthier. There are also events on aromatic and medicinal plants you learn how to recognize them, care for them, harvest them and use them to the best advantage.
Initiatives aimed at gastronomy , on the other hand, will teach healthy cooking. Nature offers us so many genuine things: knowing them and knowing how to use them will make your cooking genuine as well.
One cannot help but think about children as well: for them, contact with nature is a very important aspect for both education and health. Many thematic initiatives and interactive workshops are proposed for them: they will discover nature in the most genuine way. Immersed in nature they will learn many new things and train while having a great time.
The agritourism is located halfway between Lake Garda and the historic center of the city of Verona: this makes it the ideal place both for those who want to enjoy the beauties of the city of lovers, and for those who want to admire the striking views of the largest lake in Italy and the characteristic mountain landscapes of our territory.
One can easily move around the way one prefers: 600 meters away is the bus stop that takes you to both the Lake Garda area and the historic center of Verona; 1.6 km away is the Ciclopista del Sole which, linking Bolzano with Verona, allows long and evocative bike rides; finally, for those who want to travel by car, the agritursimo is 20 minutes from thehighway and the ring road.
