The agriturismo

In the characteristic historic center of San Zeno di Montagna, a village called "the balcony of Lake Garda", you will find a farmhouse with radiant colors, the result of the renovation of a barn with hayloft built in 1950 by grandfather Teodoro and his son Ettore. Our goal is certainly to make our guests experience a relaxing vacation, both for those who love peace and tranquility and for people who love the mountains. The farm is very suitable for families as it is located in a very quiet location away from the chaos, it also offers a beautiful playground for the little ones to play.

It also has a large parking lot.

The accommodation

The farmhouse offers comfortable rooms with many amenities the such as : satellite TV, mini-bar, independent heating and air conditioning, shower stall, free Wi-Fi, towels, sheets hairdryer and bath set (soaps and shower gel).


They all have a large terrace equipped with small tables, lounge chairs and sofas. Breakfast is served in the room below where you can find a rich and genuine assortment of sweet and savory cakes made by us, jams made with our fruits, fresh bread, brioches, biscuits, local cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit and hot drinks expressed at the moment.

Activities and surrounding

Our farm is located between thelake and the mountains, and for this very reason we are able to grow different qualities of fruits and vegetables, but not only that, also extra virgin olive oil "del Garda" and homemade cold cuts that we then sell directly to the customer.
