The accommodation
Recently restored, the "La Pria" agritourism accommodation is located within a 15th century rural residence, which in ancient times belonged to the noble Venetian Giustinian family since 1465.
The barchessa is a rural building typical of the architecture of the Venetian villas, used as a storage area for agricultural tools, stables and warehouses, almost always arranged laterally to the manor house, now converted into a lodging.
In fact, the structure houses the biological winery La Pria and the farmhouse with two rooms. The strength of the structure is certainly the elegant intimacy it offers to its guests, inside a building of the '400. The building has been renovated with modern facilities and private bathrooms, preserving the charm of rural houses with stone walls and exposed beams. In the adjacent garden there is instead a small swimming pool that has deckchairs and umbrellas to offer you relaxation even during the sunny summer days.
Two rooms are available with parquet floors and fine finishes, wooden furniture and equipped with private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, with courtesy set, hair dryer, internet TV, free wi-fi service and a shared minibar.
Activities and surrounding
The farm benefits from the experience of generations of winegrowers. The production area consists of about 15 hectares of vineyards, located in the southern part of the Berici Hills. The company produces different types of wine, which can be purchased and tasted on site.
Visits to the winery and vineyards, wine tastings and local gastronomic products and events (meetings and small receptions) are organised.
Horse-riding enthusiasts will also be able to attend the Monta Western school in the adjacent Boston Riding School!
