The agriturismo

The Agriturismo rises in the green of the first outskirts of Bologna, in a quiet, hospitable and reserved place, immersed in the countryside, but at the same time very close to the Bologna Fairgrounds (5 Km) and to the city center (10 Km).

TheAgriturismo is family-run and we manage it with the utmost commitment, care and enthusiasm, the same as we have in cultivating the land adjacent to the Agriturismo. Quality distinguishes the activity of the farm and the hospitality in the accommodations: we try to produce excellent products and offer an excellent service.

The accommodation

Established for rural use, the farmhouse has recently been completely renovated. Depending on your needs, you can choose from a double room, a country-style studio apartment or theentire Villino. All accommodations feature free WiFi , flat-screen TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and private bathroom, while the studio and Villino also have kitchenette and dining area.

- Camera Margherita: double room located on the ground floor, equipped with double bed, bathroom with shower (equipped for disabled people), air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator.

- Monolocale Lavanda: studio located on the ground floor with double bedroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine and bathroom with shower.

- Villino: whole structure composed of the two single lodgings of the farmhouse (Margherita Room and Lavanda Studio Apartment). The structure is developed on the ground floor and consists of 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen and washing machine.

We have also equipped the outdoor garden with all amenities: tables, gazebo, umbrellas, deck chairs, sun shower and barbecue. In this way our guests can also relax in the wide spaces that surround the entire farmhouse, listening to the cicadas in summer, losing themselves in the warm and steamy mist of winter and the colors of autumn.

The farmhouse is equipped with a reserved parking lot.

There are many activities that our guests can combine with their relaxing stay.

- Trade Fairs: The Agriturismo is located 10 minutes from the Bologna Fairgrounds, where the most important trade fairs in the entire region take place: from Cosmoprof to CERSAIE. The Agriturismo is also conveniently accessible on event days to and from the Bologna Fair.

- Bologna: The medieval heart of Bologna, its towers, theaters, San Petronio and Piazza Maggiore are within easy reach of our Agriturismo location.
