The agriturismo
The 17th century farmhouse is located in the mountains of the Parma Apennines and enjoys a splendid view of the Stirone valley. It is ideal for the stay of couples, families and groups.
There are two common halls (the former barn and the former barn) with a bar reserved for guests only, there is also a large hall for various activities and parties (including catering): seminars, business meetings, courses, events and parties. It has large panoramic windows and coolness in the outdoor living room. Relaxation room with table football, darts, video projector, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Outdoor ping-pong area, beach volleyball court and energy pyramid. Restaurant for outdoor dinners, by reservation and dedicated exclusively to guests.
The accommodation
The agritourism consists of 7 lodgings with bathroom and panoramic view on the swimming pool, the large panoramic rooms with bar service, the play/relax areas or for events and parties, the restaurant and all external services.
Each room has a private outdoor area (large terrace or garden) furnished with chairs, table and umbrella: 2 double rooms (consisting of 2 separate rooms with 1 shared bathroom) and 5 superior rooms for couples or families, with the possibility to reserve one or more rooms or the whole cottage exclusively for a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 30 adults + any babies.
Very large rooms are available, suitable for large families or groups of friends: the Master Room offers two separate rooms, one with double bed and bathroom, the other with 3 single beds; the Greek room is composed of 2 communicating rooms with a large bathroom with double shower, a double room and one with 3/4 beds; the Gardens (barrier-free) and Panoramica rooms, superior class, have a single room of over 35 square meters (with the possibility of adding a cot); the Vintage suite; the Alternative and Spiritosa double rooms.
Hospitality includes:
the breakfast buffet service, also international, with our own products: cakes, jams, yogurt are of our production, cold cuts and cheeses are 0 km away.
the exclusive use of the bio pool, with natural purification carried out with salt and without added chlorine,
the exclusive use of the heated outdoor jacuzzi or the wellness area with Turkish bath and whirlpool on reservation
exclusive use of the beach volleyball court and the energy pyramid, the table tennis area
exclusive use of the meeting room for parties and group events with hifi or DJ system.
Our family-run restaurant, with homemade preparations using our own products, is dedicated exclusively and by reservation to guests staying on the farm.
For groups a weekend offer is formulated all inclusive and tailored, with the possibility to reserve the whole cottage, also for individual families or small groups, for stays of 4 nights or more, the number of dinners on the farm is agreed.
For families with small children (from 3 to 12 years old) or for stays over 4 nights there are discounts for the stay and for meals.
Activities and surrounding
The swimming pool is with salt purification. The restaurant offers a genuine home cooking prepared with organic products from the garden, grilled meat and vegetables, ravioli, gnocchi, homemade pasta, homemade beer.
Among the services of the house, also heated Jacuzzi, wellness area with turkish bath, whirlpool, massage beds and color therapy, beach volleyball court, parking, Wi-Fi. It is also possible to book the entire farmhouse for intimate weddings.
The accommodation facility is equipped with a phytodepuration system, rainwater collection tanks and spring, photovoltaic system on the roof and in the field.
Nearby you can visit the castles of the Duchy of Parma, the archaeological site of Veleja, cultural cities such as Bologna, Parma, Cremona, the Tuscan cities of Pisa and Siena and the Cinque Terre. There are numerous trails for trekking and mountain biking, which are also ideal for . In the farm you can rent bicycles, organize excursions and tastings at the cheese factory of Parmigiano Reggiano, the winery of Piacenza or the Castle of Contignaco or at the craft beer laboratory.
For sports lovers, the Salsomaggiore Terme Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away; not far away are the Salsomaggiore Terme Thermal Centre, the S. Andrea Bagni Jungle Park in Tabiano and the Stirone Park.
