    I cannot praise Al Vigneto highly enough. A beautiful location on the edge of the hills overlooking Parma. It seemed to be very recently refurbished and the room was spotless. Superb food in the restaurant, and very good value and good quality wine from their own vineyards. Although we were the only people there they treated us like long lost friends and nothing was too much trouble. Also spoke good English!
    Only quibble was no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
