At Borgo Gerbina you can find original recipes, even revisited, with high quality raw materials at Km 0: Borgo Val di Taro IGP mushrooms and truffles are never lacking in this kitchen.

Thanks to vegetables from the garden, vegetarian menu dishes are made.

On request, first courses and desserts for gluten intolerant people.

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is located in Valmozzola, an area that, due to its particular morphology and the fact that it has natural boundaries, has preserved an environment from which an ancient feudal atmosphere shines through. In addition to the ruins of the fortress of Gusaliggio it is possible to visit: the buildings of Case Sozzi, the church of Branzone, theoratory of Cacaiola and the Borgo di San Siro.

 

Situated in a significant naturalistic setting, the farmhouse offers to the most sporty and adventurous guests, numerous trekking routes that develop in the valley and around Mount Barigazzo.
