Payment can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Instant Bank Transfer, cash.
The cancellation fee varies depending on when the cancellation is made:
- From the time of booking until 15 days before arrival, no penalty will be withheld;
- From 14 days to 7 days before arrival, the penalty will be 50% of the total amount of the entire stay
- From 6 days to one day before arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the entire stay
- in case of non-arrival, or cancellation on the day of arrival, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total amount of the entire stay.
Payment terms:
The balance will be made prior to arrival.
The traveler is required to make payment in advance and in the manner indicated to finalize the reservation. In case of cancellation of the stay within 14 days of arrival, the payment will not be refunded.

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.In case of delay an extra surcharge may be charged.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00
a.m. There is a municipal tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night up to a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Excluded from the tourist tax are children under 14 years of age.
Bathroom linen is changed daily.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days.

of the rooms is done daily: to allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10
