The accommodation
Living in close contact with nature, the possibility of eating what you have produced with your work and with your own hands, raising your children in a healthy environment and in harmony with the rhythms and times of nature. share all this with others. From all this was born the idea of ??the Borgo Titol farm and then of the annexed farm. At the Borgo Titol farm restaurant you can taste all our typical products such as: cheeses, caciotta, "Formai dal Cit", "Scueta dal Boç", etc. Or our meats like: Speak, Soppressa, Salami and above all our specialty, Pitina. The tasting is accompanied by local wines and agricultural beer, from homemade bread, from the selected jams and honey of our production. In spring and summer you will also have the opportunity to taste vegetables from our vegetable garden and dishes flavored with wild herbs. In winter there is always the wonderful and fragrant polenta cooked in the copper cauldron on the "Spolert". In all seasons there are always our homemade desserts but also all the grilled specialties prepared with the meat of the animals we breed such as roast meat, spits, and grilled. Our farm is not just a family business, but it is also a well-kept agritourism where you can taste the typical dishes of Friuli cuisine, proposed as tradition or with some minor reinterpretation result of the culinary contamination with other cultures. Whatever dish you choose to order, it will be delicious and with an unmistakable taste, thanks also to the skilful use of the perfect ingredients, focusing mainly on locally produced products and our own farm.
