As you rightly pointed out, I have consented to your request to place inflatable mattresses in one of our apartments. As a result, an apartment equipped for two guests was used by a total of 6 people, who naturally benefited from all the facilities that the company offers (garden, barbecue, tavern, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, parking, showers etc) . This happened, not in any period of the year, but during the period of maximum occupation of the farm (mid-August). I am absolutely certain that no other accommodation would ever allow such a thing. We have consented, nevertheless, to the pure spirit of sympathy towards you. Therefore, I remain very perplexed by the complaint related to the request of € 10 more per night for the use of the sofa bed, when nothing was required for all other additional people who slept on mattresses and benefiting from the structures and services that the our farm offers. Regarding the check out date, I understand that it was agreed on Friday morning. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding on the point. We were not able to follow up on your request for an extended stay of a couple of nights. Honestly I struggle to see in the request to free the apartment on the date established the "constraint" you complained about. Finally, I regret not having been present at the time of payment. As you have certainly noticed, I am almost always present in the company. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that I also have to go away for a few hours (on the day in question, for that matter, I was in the hospital). In any case, of course, I am always very sorry when our guests are not satisfied, for any reason, of their stay at our facility. It is clear that in the future, to avoid misunderstandings of the kind, I will try to be clearer and certainly will no longer consent to derogations from the regulation of the farm.
