The farmhouse is composed of two studio apartments, obtained from the old stables for horses, which offer comfort in their simplicity. Our guests can take guided tours in the surroundings, excursions in the mountains, courses and workshops for adults and children, and use our babysitting service. Those who love bicycles can borrow the bikes of the farm. On hot days, the comfortable small swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, offers refreshment and relaxation.

The farm holiday of the nectarine house is the ideal starting point for cultural visits and nature walks of rare beauty in Sabina. Here are some examples of places within walking distance of the farm. The Abbey of Farfa is one of the most spectacular monuments of the Italian Middle Ages. Wonderful furnishings, frescoes and paintings make it even more precious; don't miss the ancient library and its prestigious Scriptorium. Since 1928 it has been a National Monument. Today it maintains intact the atmosphere of the past, made even more evocative by the picturesque village that surrounds it. The Tancia Massif with Mount Tancia and Mount Pizzuto, whose peaks reach almost 1300 metres, offers various walking routes from the simplest to the most demanding. In addition to the beauty of nature and the beautiful views, there is the cave-sanctuary of St. Michael and the small shrine that commemorates the victims of the Nazi massacre in 44 as a reprisal to the actions of the partisans of Tancia. The ancient church of S. Paolo, at the gates of Poggio Mirteto, dates back to the 13th century. The exterior is simple and austere, while inside the single nave walls still retain an important part of those frescoes from which they were once completely covered. The frescoes date from 200 to 500, with an interesting alternation of themes and styles, including a remarkable Meeting of the Living with the Dead. The church is opened on request by the parish priest. The ancient villages of Casperia, Bocchignano and Roccantica are very interesting, just to mention the nearest ones, extraordinary examples of medieval architecture perched in a strategic position on the Sabine hills. Time seems to have stopped when you walk through the small, winding pedestrian streets. In summer there are suggestive medieval festivals with concerts, exhibitions, costume parades, tournaments and markets. At the confluence of the river Tiber and the Farfa is the natural reserve Tiber Farfa, populated by flora and fauna typical of wetlands. It is the kingdom of numerous birds, easily visible from the sighting huts, mammals, fish and amphibians. The reserve is a destination for pleasant walks and bike rides and is open every day. It is also possible to make boat trips. There is also the Longobard tower of Poggio Catino, the Farfa Park, the Archaeological Museum of Magliano, the Oil Museum of Castelnuovo di Farfa.
