The agritourism, a 19th-century farmhouse expertly restored and adapted to the needs of modern hospitality, is located in northern Lazio, in the hills of Lake Bolsena in the heart of the ancient land of Tuscia, a stone's throw from Civita di Bagnoregio and Montefiascone.

The property accommodates up to 18 people in apartments equipped with every comfort and free Wi-Fi. Guests have a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool and acommon area, consisting of a large room with a large fireplace and a laundry area with washing machine.

The farmhouse, dating back to the mid-19th century, is made of volcanic stone and tufa; for a long time unused, it has recently been renovated taking the utmost care to preserve the architectural lines typical of the rural structures of the place, recovering and enhancing most of the original materials, integrating them, where indispensable, with others obtained by employing strictly traditional techniques and raw materials.

The structure can accommodate up to 18 people in three housing units, in all equivalent and autonomous, one of which is on the ground floor (The stable) and two on the second floor (The barns, The master's house). Each housing unit is equipped with independent heating and satellite TV , and furnished with poor art furniture. They all consist of a large entrance-living room with an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds (orthopedic bedsteads and mattresses), each with private bathrooms equipped with shower stalls and hairdryer and with a large window; year-round hot water. On the ground floor there is also a large room (Il Bollettaro) available on request for parties, meetings or as a common room for groups renting the entire facility.

The 70-square-meter residential swimming pool with a large bathroom and three large green areas, benches, a swing and a slide for children complete the services offered to guests.

The Stable: this residential unit was obtained from the rooms used in the past as tool storage and stables for animals. Located on the ground floor with two entrances from the outside, it can be prepared for 2, 4 or 6 guests accommodated in 1 or 2 bedrooms with private porches . Particularly practical for access and livability, it is characterized and by a quiet and restful atmosphere.

The accommodation consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 cot/crib (if required), 2 private bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet and shower; safe. The Granaries: a unit located on the second floor, it occupies the old granaries and is accessible by an open staircase ending in a lovely porch. It can be prepared for 2, 4 or 6 guests in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. The living area, with sofa bed and kitchenette, faces north and the porch lends itself to a serene and relaxing break.

The Master's House: is the old manor house. Located on the second floor, it is accessed by an open staircase that opens into a large porch. With the living area facing south, this unit is characterized by its brightness and wide horizons.

The Bollettaro: is the oldest part of the farmhouse and is a communal room that is handed over to groups renting the entire structure (the three apartments) under the "Exclusive" formula . While maintaining the original architecture, it consists of 3 rooms equipped with every comfort and service: independent heating, 5 burners, 2 sinks, refrigerator, tableware, coffee machine (Lavazza a modo mio), microwave oven, wood-burning oven, satellite TV , free Wi-Fi, essentials for hanging and ironing.

The place consists of a large room with a large fireplace, kitchen with wood-burning oven, washing machine, private bathroom with sink and toilet.

It is often used for parties or as a communal room for those renting the entire farmhouse.

The structure stands in a dominant position, in the center of the fifty-hectare estate, cultivated with cereals and pasture forage, all conducted with organic farming techniques. A territory banned from hunting, it is populated by wildlife including, dominant, hare, porcupine, badger and hedgehog; in suitable periods, birds of prey such as hawks, owls and barn owls are frequent.

On the border between Latium, Umbria and Tuscany, the agriturismo is in the center of the ancient land of Tuscia just a few kilometers from the city and Lake Bolsena.

Only five kilometers away is the Natural Reserve "Valle dei Calanchi" with Bagnoregio and Civita "The dying town" of Etruscan, then Roman and medieval origin; Montefiascone, the land of wine Est! Est!!! Est!!!, a stone's throw from Lake Bolsena and with the Romanesque church of San Flaviano; Orvieto with its Gothic-style cathedral, St. Patrick's well and underground city; Viterbo with the medieval quarter, the ancient baths, the ruins of the Roman Ferento, the Renaissance villa Lante della Rovere in Bagnaia; Bomarzo with the "Monster Park"; Caprarola with Vignola's Farnese palace.
