The agriturismo
Climbing a typical mountain road that gradually enters a dense forest,you arrive at La Ca dell' Alpe . The farm overlooks the Finalese Valley with a breathtaking panorama where you can see the sea in the distance until you can make out, on the horizon on clear days, Corsica.
Before being a farmhouse, Ca' dell'Alpe is a 'farm: 8 hectares of cultivated land, orchards and vineyards produce the products that are then used by the restaurant (also certified for celiacs).
Ca dell'Alpe is also an eco-sustainable farm, equipped with solar thermal, photovoltaic, biomass heating and public water.
The accommodation
The farm accommodates its guests in rooms with two to five beds, simply furnished and with wooden ceilings as in mountain houses.
The farm also offers several pitches, for camping under the chestnut trees with bathrooms and showers no more than 20m away and the option of half or full board anyway.
A summer-only swimming pool and restaurant complete the offer.
The restaurant is located in a renovated hall with an old stone fireplace and a corner dedicated to children, with games and drawings on the walls.
Activities and surrounding
From the farm, it is possible to set off on various mountain biking and treking trips
And in the surrounding area? The sea at Finale Ligure is 14 km away, while at 6 km free climbing enthusiasts will find walls of all kinds at their disposal.
The world-famousAquarium of Genoa is only 70 km away and can also be easily reached by train.
And also the caves of Bergeggi or Toirano and Final Borgo, ranked as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
