The agriturismo

The agriturismo is located in an area predominantly featuring cultivated hills, 20 km from the city of Ascoli Piceno and the Riviera delle Palme.

For over 200 years, the same family has lived on the Fiorenire farm. Today, Pompilio and Carla run the farm and agriturismo, using organic methods. Guests can choose between rooms and apartments set in 3 different farmhouses, located a short distance from each other.

The accommodation

One of the farmhouses, a traditional old rural building, dating from the 18th century, was renovated in the early 2000s, reusing the original materials as much as possible and using other “natural” materials only, such as clay bricks, cork, oak and travertine.

 

In addition to the dining room on the ground floor, two spacious and comfortable apartments were also created, one with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen and the other with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with two sofa beds and a kitchen. Each also has a panoramic loggia.

 

The apartments are designed so that they can be divided, according to the needs of guests, into 4 smaller apartments, with one or two bedrooms, bathroom and living area. Featuring every comfort, they have fully-equipped kitchens.

 

In the other two farmhouses, as well as living and dining areas for common use, there are 9 rooms (sleeping two, three or four) all with bathrooms and air-conditioning, sleeping a total of 21.

Activities and surrounding

In addition to the restaurant, whose dishes, closely linked to tradition, show particular attention to detail, other facilities include:

- a swimming pool with a corner suitable for children and a large sun terrace;

- a multi-purpose field for tennis and 5-a-side-football with synthetic grass;

- a riding stables offering excursions on horseback.

The Adriatic sea, the Sibillini mountains, the medieval villages of Acquaviva Picena, Ripatransone, Montalto delleMarche, Offida, Castignano and the ancient Ascoli are within easy reach.
