The agriturismo
Tenute Recchi Franceschini was born from the Family's desire to restore a characteristic Marche farmhouse to offer guests the spectacular views and life that distinguishes the area.
The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Montalto delle Marche about 5 km from the town in a secluded, quiet place surrounded by estate vineyards conducted organically.
It is possible to organize tastings of the estate's wine and wine tours.
The estate's location, in the middle between Monti Sibillini National Park and the seaside villages of Cupra and Grottammare, is an ideal place for keen hikers and bicycle tourists .
The facility is equipped for rentals and guided e-bike rides.

The accommodation
The road to the farmhouse is lightly traveled, paved and with remarkable openings to the surrounding countryside, to say the least.
The property sleeps up to 18 people divided into 5 independent apartments that can be rented individually or as a whole.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic view. Some have a private garden, others can use the common areas. The apartments are nicely furnished and comfortable.
For the winter period: - the entire farmhouse is rented for a minimum of 3 nights - a deposit of 25% of the amount is required upon arrival, which will be returned upon verification of no damage.
