The agriturismo
The cottage is typically rural, falls within a hilly area of valid landscape attractiveness. The farmhouse "La dimoradel Sole" enjoys a good panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, the Sibillini mountains, and on clear sunny days you can see the sea. Its geographical position allows you to reach in a short time both seaside resorts , is about 29 km from the Adriatic Sea, which mountain resorts, is about 38 km from the Sibillini Mountains.
The small farm has always been managed on a family basis and offershospitality in rooms and a mini apartment and has a swimming pool and children's play area.
The accommodation
The farmhouse La Dimora Del Sole, located near the famous Abbey of Fiastra is an old farmhouse of the late '700, recently and carefullyrestored in respect of tradition.
Ideal place for lovers of green and quality food, is proposed in an environment furnished according to the canons and simplicity of rural tradition , in a 'warm,comfortable and welcoming atmosphere as relaxing and familiar. Immersed in the colours and scents of the hilly and rural environment of the Marche region, it is possible to discover the thousands of faces of this land; travelling along farm roads you can find small hidden treasures, stories and places that together form the culture and origins of this land. The quiet and the surrounding green make pleasant the stay to those who simply want to disconnect from the daily routine or spend a relaxing holiday , enhanced by a timeless lifestyle where serenity and quiet good living are the masters.
Recently the renovation of the old house has been completed, preserving the rural atmosphere of its origins.

The hospitality orientation of those who run the farm and the quiet location, allow to meet every need of guests. The small farm has always been managed on a family basis, stillpreserving the structure and layout of the sharecropping system, without ever affecting the natural harmony of the places.
The hypothesis to undertake the agritourism activity stems from the conviction that the territory concerned, for its landscape and environmental peculiarities, and for its structural and productive characteristics, together constitute a valid combination to favour thecomplete internal hospitality, in particular aiming at those who, coming from chaotic city environments, are looking for a chance to re-establish a more direct contact with nature and want to taste genuine agricultural products, linked to local customs and habits.
Courtesy, tradition, folklore, authenticity, an enchantment of a thousand scents, a thousand flavors, a thousand typical recipes to taste, each with its own traditions is what the farm will try to convey to those who want to spend time in the cottage.
